I have always been interested in exploring new forms. As an artist working in a nonrepresentational way, sometimes I find myself in a visual rut. In order to move in a new direction, I find it is helpful to de-construct old work and then try to reassemble the component parts using all or some of the pieces.
The reconstructed work is than scanned on a flatbed scanner, which adds dimensionality, and printed with archival inks on an Epson printer in a limited edition of 10 prints.
